Leicester City have signed attacker Charlie Devlin from FA Women’s Championship rivals Charlton Athletic on an 18-month deal.
Devlin has played for the young Lionesses from U-15s through to U-21s and has won the Continental Cup with Arsenal and last season helped Manchester United to promotion.
Manager Jonathan Morgan told lcwfc.com: “I am thrilled to get Charlie over the line. She has come in and already provided a buzz amongst the staff and player. I am very excited to get her in front of the fans for them to see the quality she possesses.”
Devlin commented: “ I’m so pleased to join this Leicester team. Once they came in for me and explained their plans for the future, I knew it was a club with real ambition and a club that I could feel at home with.”
