TNS are level on points with second-placed Birmingham & West Mids in Division 1 Midlands, after they sank Burton Albion 7-1 with the aid of Katie Doster’s four-goal haul.

Long Eaton United are a goal behind The New Saints after slipping to a 2-1 defeat at mid-table Bedworth United, for whom Tiarna Gilkes and Jodi Hunter were on target.

Liverpool Feds are up to fourth in Division 1 North thanks to a Jen Rogers goal at Bradford City, Stockport County are two points short of mid-table Bolton Wanderers after beating them 4-1 as Chloe Mapp contributed twice.

Brislington claimed their first win of the season and leapfrogged visitors Swindon Town by defeating them 4-1, Kim Maggs bagging a brace.

Chesham United knocked Exeter City out of the League Cup 4-0 with doubles by Becky Bloor and Gemma Fraser and now entertain Billericay Town in the 2nd Round on 15 December.

Leafield Athletic will go to holders West Bromwich Albion in the second round of the League Plate, after they won 2-1 at Leicester United with efforts by Georgia Harris and Alice Rogers.

Tamsyn Sibanda scored twice as Stevenage edged past Maidenhead United 3-2 to reach the Plate quarter-finals.
