Cardiff City Women were pegged back on half-time by an Amelia Forkings own-goal but thay saw off Abergavenny as Danielle Broadhurst restored the lead, Catherine Walsh hit a quick brace and then Kate Jeremiah doubled her tally for the day.

All the goals came in the opening 18 minutes as Cardiff Met defeated Port Talbot Town 3-0, Maddie Schupbach striking twice and Robyn Pinder also on target.
