Scotland coasted to a 10-0 win away to Cyprus in their penultimate UEFA Women’s Euro 2022 Qualifying Group game.
Erin Cuthbert, Martha Thomas and Jane Ross each bagged a brace in interim boss Stuart McCall’s first game in charge.
Cuthbert opened the scoring and although Antri Violari hit Lee Alexander’s post soon afterwards, Thomas headed in Scotland’s second midway through the half.
Caroline Weir scored a wonderful third goal, dancing round three defenders in the box before dinking the ball over the keeper and into the net.
Kirsty Hanson rifled home her first goal for Scotland, before Cuthbert’s second was too hot for the keeper to handle but Maria Matthaiou did well to deny her a hat-trick with a parry over the bar.
Lizzie Arnott stabbed home Cuthbert’s chip to the far post and then delivered for Claire Emslie to make it 7-0.
Jane Ross won a penalty and converted it convincingly herself, with Thomas doubling her tally by beating the keeper with a precise shot inside the near post.
Jane Ross also got her second from a Natalie Ross ball into the box, taking the total into double figures a quarter of an hour from the end.
Scotland stay in Cyprus to take on Portugal in their final group game on Tuesday 23 February, with the 3pm (UK time) kick off live on BBC ALBA.
