Sunday 2 May brings the UEFA Women’s Champions League Semi-Final 2nd legs, with both still way too close to call.

Barcelona (1) v (1) PSG (11am – UK time) – live on BT Sport 3
Chelsea (1) v (2) Bayern Munich  (12:30) – live on BT Sport 1

Chelsea have that important away goal in the bank as they look to overturn a 2-1 first leg deficit at home to Bayern Munich, both sides bidding to reach the UWCL final for the first time.

Blues boss Emma Hayes told chelseafc.com: “I know what we have to do and everyone in the dressing room will know what they have to do.

“You get two legs for a reason, so we have to make the home leg count and we have to be better in defending situations.

“Bayern are excited by their result but trust me, I will make sure the team puts in the performance of their life.”

Jens Scheuer, Bayern coach, told uefa.com: “Chelsea are an exceptional team so we had to take a different approach [in the first leg]. The players did an excellent job and rewarded themselves with the victory. Victory was the most important thing, now it’s in our own hands.”

Finalists in 2019, Barcelona also go into their home leg with an away goal but level at 1-1 with Paris Saint-Germain, who have twice been runners-up in recent years.

Barca will have Patri Guijarro back from suspension and Asisat Oshoala could be back in the starting eleven, while PSG’s Kadidiatou Diani hopes to be fit enough to play.

Lluis Cortes, Barcelona coach, said: “There’s everything to play for in the second leg at the Estadi Johan Cruyff. We’ll go into that game with full confidence.”

Olivier Echouafni, Paris coach, said: “We need to be more clinical in the second leg. We missed some chances – too many at this level. We need to improve our positioning as well and be more compact.”
