ScottishPower Women’s Premier League leaders Rangers were 2-0 winners away to Glasgow City with a Rio Hardy double.

Rio Hardy bagged both goals as Rangers won 2-0 away to Glasgow City. After converting a penalty just before the break, she secured the win with a second goal in added time. The result put Rangers eleven points ahead of City, who have just the one game in hand.
Second-placed Celtic won 5-0 at Hamilton, Caitlin Hayes and Amy Gallacher netted before Chloe Craig scored from the spot. Nour Addi and Celya Barcalais late added one apiece.
Hibernian beat Hearts 2-1 in front of over 5,000 at Easter Road on Saturday, in a clash that also served as the Capital Cup. Jorian Baucom reacted quickest to a rebound after Rosie Livingstone’s initial effort was parried by Charlotte Parker-Smith. Baucom doubled the lead when heading home a Naomi Powell corner, Katie Lockwood replying from close range from Addie Handley’s cross with 15 minutes to go.

Rachel Donaldson got the only goal after 20 minutes, as Partick Thistle picked up all three points at Dundee United to go within two points of third-placed Glasgow City.
Bayley Hutchison and Hannah Stewart scored in the first 25 minutes for Aberdeen, as they saw off Spartans 2-1. The visitors scored a stoppage-time consolation from Caley Gibb. The Dons has Becky Galbraith stretchered off following a head injury.
Montrose held Motherwell to a draw, Louise Brown cancelling out Chelsie Watson’s goal with an 85h-minute penalty, Brown was sent off with two minutes of the ninety left hut her team held on for the point.

Gartcairn 0-7 Boroughmuir Thistle
Glasgow Women 0-5 Queen’s Park
Livingston 4-2 St Johnstone
Stirling University 0-4 Kilmarnock
All the top four won, with leaders Queen’s Park 5-0 victors at Glasgow Women, Sophie McGoldrick with a double. They are five points clear of Kilmarnock, who scored four times at Stirling University. Third-placed Livingston saw off St Johnstone 4-2, Anna Dickov, Lucy Watt, Lauren Evans and Shannon Todd all on target. Boroughmuir Thistle sank Gartcairn 7-0, Maria Novoa-Torrente with a hat-trick.
