Queens Park Rangers have strengthened their attack with the signing of Whitney Locke from from West Ham United.

Following a successful trial, Locke bolsters Martino Chevannes’ side ahead of the new FA Women’s National League season.

Locke told www.qpr.co.uk: “This is a new challenge and another step in my playing career and I’m excited to grow and develop under the QPR management that believes in my skill and potential.

Manager Chevannes commented: “Whitney is a pacey and skillful striker with a real eye for goal.

“We have come up against her many times over the years playing for West Ham United and she has always been a handful for our defenders and had a big influence on the outcome of the games.”
