Manchester United have signed veteran Scotland forward Jane Ross from fellow FAWSL side West Ham United.
The 29-year-old striker spent last season with the Hammers and was most recently part of the Scotland squad at the World Cup.
It’s a return to Manchester for Ross, who played for United’s rivals City on 33 occasions from 2015 to 2018.
Her career had taken off with 104 goals from 118 appearances for Glasgow City and she is vastly experienced internationally having totted up 127 caps for Scotland, scoring 58 times in the process.
Ross was also named as one of the four reserves for the 18-player GB squad at the 2012 Olympics.
