Attacking midfielder Kirsten Reilly has joined Barclays FA Women’s Super League side Bristol City from Hibernian.
She spent 18 months at Hibs and helped the side win two SWPL Cups, the SSE Scottish Women’s Cup and to qualify for the Champions League.
Prior to that, Reilly played for Hearts and then Stirling University, before taking her studies and football career to the University of West Alabama and their UWA Tigers team.
Reilly told the Robins’ website: “I’m really excited to get started here at Bristol City. It’s a big step up from the game in Scotland and it’s a great opportunity for me to become full-time and dream come true to now be a professional footballer.
“To be given the opportunity to train and play full-time is only going to benefit me and my skillset, so I’m looking forward to working hard and improving which should allow me to make an impact on the pitch.”
