Josh Richards, who joined Orchard Welsh Premier Women’s League side Cyncoed as assistant coach last November, has replaced Fern Burrage as head coach for season 2020-21.
Richards has just completed his BSc in Football Coaching and Performance and has a UEFA B Licence.
The Cardiff-based club will be recruiting more players over the summer to form an U-19 Development Squad, which will be coached by Dave Brown. He joins after five years at sister club Sully Pinks and is a current B Certificate candidate.
Fern Burrage is taking a year out to spend time with her family but will continue to work behind the scenes, adopting the role of Director of Football.
