Two Southern League sides beat tier four teams as AFC Bournemouth pulled off a 3-2 win at Swindon Town as Erin Thickett scored twice and Moneyfields eliminated Larkhall Athletic in a shoot-out.
Eastern League Bowers & Pitsea went through 2-1 at Maidenhead United, a deflected Sophie Dowman effort proving decisive.
East Midlands League Peterborough United progressed 2-1 at Stevenage, Megan Parrett with the decider on 78 minutes.
Hartlepool United twice came from behind in edging Blackburn CSC in a seven-goal thriller, Jussy Robinson netting twice.
Fulham fought back after conceding an early own-goal to force extra-time and then penalties against Saltdean United, eventually winning 3-0 on spot-kicks.
Harlow Town reached the next round with a similar score but only after extra-time against Wroxham, despite having beaten the same opponents 4-1 away in the league last month.
