Birmingham City will start the weekend top of the Barclays Women’s Championship, should they win Friday’s fixture at Sheffield United who have suffered five straight defeats.
Sunday brings three derbies, as third-placed London City take on current leaders Charlton, Portsmouth attempt to get off the mark against Southampton at Fratton Park and Sunderland face Newcastle at the Stadium of Light.
Bristol City versus Blackburn at Ashton Gate is Sunday’s other Championship match.
