#WU17EURO Qual Rd: Young Lionesses top group

England made it three wins from three in the UEFA Women’s U-17 Championship qualifying round with a 4-1 beating of Belgium in the group decider.

Ruby Mace and Lucy Watson both scored in the first 17 minutes to put Lydia Bedford’s side in command, having only needed a draw to seal first place.

Luna Vanzeir did halve the deficit just before the hour mark but goals by substitutes Maria Edwards and Emily Murphy sealed the victory.

Also through to the Elite Round draw on 21 November so far are; Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany (holders, bye), Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Russia, Scotland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (bye), Switzerland, Turkey
