#WU19EURO: Young Lionesses in pre-tournament training camp

Twenty-four players attended an England U-19s training camp at St. George’s Park in preparation for next month’s Euro finals.

The group were put through their paces by head coach Rehanne Skinner, assistant coach Andy Spence and goalkeeping coach Andy Johnson.

A 20-player England squad will then head to Scotland to take part in the Euro finals. The Young Lionesses have been drawn in Group B alongside Germany (Tuesday 16 July), Spain (Friday 19 July) and Belgium (Monday 22 July).

Skinner’s charges won all six of their qualifiers, against Malta, Croatia, Slovakia, Turkey, Sweden and Italy, scoring 34 goals without reply.

The squad for the Euros finals will be announced in early July.
