Bristol City beat Arsenal 4-0 in last season’s FA WSL Development Cup Final but this term they lost at Chelsea in a Preliminary Round tie.

Blues end Bristol’s cup defence
Chelsea have won both their league games by three-goal margins to sit top of the Southern Division.
Although Bristol City had won their previous away game 1-0 at London Bees, Chelsea scored what was to be the only goal in this cup tie.
Gunners get seven past Glovers
The Gunners comfortably progressed, improving on their recent 4-0 league win over Yeovil Town by three goals.
Gabriella Ravenscroft got a hat-trick and there were braces by Anne-Marie Filbey and Lachante Paul.
Hollinshead hit sends Shffield FC through
Sheffield FC and Aston Villa were deadlocked at 0-0 for most of their match until Emily Hollinshead won it for the Yorkshire side with just 5 minutes to go.
Royals gain revenge on Spurs
Spurs had a rough introduction to the competition, beaten 6-1 at Reading, despite having defeated the same opposition 5-1 just a fortnight before.
Lauryn Abery and Katherine Cunningham scored inside the first 20 minutes, Brogan Moore and Sophie O’Rourke also on target for the Royals before the break.
Moore later got her second and Melanie Parreno Espinosa netted Reading’s sixth goal.
