Aberystwyth Town claimed the last place in the Orchard Welsh Premier Women’s League Cup semi-finals with a Thursday evening victory at Cascade.
Cascade had beaten Aberystwyth Town 2-1 in the league on Sunday but their second meeting in four days saw Aber score the only goal of the game.
The visitors broke the deadlock on 65 minutes, when Niamh Duggan poked home after a Libby Isaac turn in the box.
Aberystwyth now host Swansea City in the last four next midweek, with the pair also meeting in the league this Sunday.
The other midweek tie is a local derby, with Cardiff Met having home advantage over Cardiff City FC.
The semi-finals will be played next Wednesday or Thursday, before the winners head to Dragon Park for the final on 26 May.
