Cardiff Met’s Erin Murray hit a hat-trick in the 4-1 defeat of Cyncoed, with Lauren Townsend converting a penalty and Rhianne Oakley replying for the visitors. The result put the Archers two goals ahead of Swansea City but from one game more.

Briton Ferry Llansawel took the lead just after the half-hour through Alexie Clayton but hosts Cascade earned a draw in the basement battle, when Abbie Davies levelled five minutes later. The tie put Briton Ferry level on points with Aberystwyth Town.
