Women’s FA Cup First Round Qualifying results

The Women’s FA Cup 1st Round Qualifying featured 11 shoot-outs, high-scoring thrillers won by Leicester City Ladies and Mancunian Unity, plus 32 goals for Arnold Eagles and 21 by Poulton Vics.

Kiveton Park marked their debut in the Women’s FA Cup with a strong first half display which produced all three of their goals against Sheffield Wednesday. Sky Hughes netted twice, her goals sandwiching a strike by captain Sara Tyler, who turned 43 earlier this month and is possibly the oldest scorer in this year’s competition so far.
