The Swans took an early lead at Jenner Park with Katy Hosford finding the back of the net in the 4th minute.
It was the only goal of the first half, with both teams coming close and both keepers being tested in end to end action.
Last season’s final saw PILCS claim the cup after being 2-0 down and Swansea were keen not to allow a repeat, with a second half ten-minute scoring spree.
Emma Beynon got the second of the match in the 60th minute and Hosford grabbed her brace in the 65th minute. The scoring was rounded off by a goal from Sophie Hancocks in the 75th minute.
Both sides put in an excellent performance in bad weather for the third Welsh Premier League Cup Final, which has been lifted by three different teams.
