Kidderminster Harriers and Southampton FC Ladies have been rewarded for their Cup exploits by being drawn against Wolverhampton Wanderers and Poole Town respectively.
West Midlands League Kidderminster are again asked to knockout a team two divisions above them but Wolves will be a sterner task.
Southern League Southampton FC Ladies will play National League South West opposition for the second round running, this time travelling to play Poole at their Dorset County FA ground.
The draw has also provided a Cambridge derby, with Eastern League City hosting FAWNL side United.
