Winter was very much the winner across the country but among the few games played, Harrogate Town went top of their division and Parkwood Rangers reached a cup semi-final.
LONDON & SOUTH EAST – Parkwood seal semi-final place
LEAGUE CUP – Parkwood Rangers replaced London Kent Football United at the top of the Group B table on goal-difference with a 7-3 away win, to secure their semi-final place. Jade Whiteman hit a hat-trick for Rangers, Charlie Myhill and Emily Vaughan each bagged a brace. LKFU will also be pipped to a last four berth if AFC Phoenix win their last game against Eastbourne Town.
GREATER LONDON JOHN GREENACRE MEMORIAL TROPHY – New London Lionesses had a walkover against AFC Wimbledon Development.
SOUTH EAST COUNTIES PREMIER – Worthing went level on points with leaders Kent Football United when drawing 1-1 at home Chichester City DS. They were on course to go top until Lucy Cook struck an injury-time equaliser for the visitors.
NORTH EAST – Harrogate Town top after derby win
1 NORTHERN – Third-placed Boro Rangers are two points short of top of the table South Shields after they hit Blyth Lions 6-1, with Suzanne Fox and Alex Hodgson both scoring twice.
1 SOUTHERN – The local derby between the leading pair saw Harrogate Town thrash Harrogate Railway 8-1 to replace them in pole position. Jade Pennock hit four goals and Sophie Tinson a treble for the hosts, in front of a crowd of over 200.
NORTH WEST – County go clear
PREMIER – Stockport County are three points clear at the top after a 3-2 victory at fifth in the table Merseyrail Bootle. Chloe Mapp scored twice for County and Nicola Connor once, with Jade Collins and Sophie Perry replying for Merseyrail.
1 SOUTH – Altrincham just got the better of third-placed Curzon Ashton in a seven-goal thriller, that lifted them up three spots to fifth. Curzon had scored first through an Amy Swift penalty, after Keeley Goodwin was brought down in the box. Laura Dodds and Megan Rowley were among Alty’s scorers before Curzon converted a second spot-kick 6 minutes from time to make for a tense finish.
SOUTH WEST – Keynsham claim second win
PREMIER – Keynsham Town DS claimed their second win of the season, 2-0 away to Yeovil Town Intermediate. Yet to enjoy a home victory, Keynsham’s success on the road raised them two places to ninth in the thirteen-strong division.
