With 50 days to go until the 2023 Vitality Women’s FA Cup Final, The FA confirmed that over 50,000 tickets have now been issued for the showpiece event.
The Final, which will be held on Sunday 14 May at Wembley Stadium connected by EE, passed 40,000 at the end of February, with a further 10,000 issued in just over three weeks.
A new attendance record could be set this year, with 49,094 fans witnessing Chelsea’s victory over Manchester City in last season’s Final.
The Semi-Finals of the competition are due to take place over the weekend of 15-16 April. The draw, held on Tuesday, saw holders Chelsea drawn away to Aston Villa, with Manchester United set to host Brighton & Hove Albion.
