England beat Belgium 3-0 at Molineux in the first of the Lionesses’ three warm-up games for Women’s Euro 2022.
Georgia Stanway, Leah Williamson and Lauren Hemp had been unable to score from a number of first-half opportunities created by the hosts, while Feli Delacauw sliced a chance wide for Belgium.
The 9,598 crowd did have a goal to cheer after the hour mark, when Chloe Kelly came off the bench and broke the deadlock with a deflected effort.
Just four minutes later and Rachel Daly was another substitute to find the net, volleying home to double the lead following a corner kick.
The scoring was completed late on, when Williamson hit the bar and the ball went in off goalkeeper Nicky Evrard.
Next up for England is the Netherlands at Elland Road on Friday 24 June (7.15pm), with the final warm-up game away to Switzerland on Thursday 30 June (5pm UK time). Both games are live on ITV.
