Four members of the England Women’s squad have been withdrawn ahead of the Lionesses’ meeting with Czech Republic on Tuesday evening.
Lyon defender Alex Greenwood and Reign FC striker Jodie Taylor have withdrawn with ankle and back injuries respectively, reports TheFA.com.
Meanwhile captain Steph Houghton will be rested as planned for the Czech Republic game to manage her loading for the season.
Manchester City’s Ellen White, who scored England’s goal against Germany on returning to international duty, will also be rested in order to manage her training load on return from a recent knee injury.
The Lionesses take on Czech Republic in on Tuesday evening in České Budějovice [kick-off 7:15pm GMT].
The game will be broadcast live on BBC Four and on The FA Player.
