Short-term contract extensions will see England internationals Lucy Bronze and Alex Greenwood able to compete in the delayed Champions League ties.
Their contracts were due to expire today but now the defenders will also be available for Lyon’s French Cup games in early August.
The UWCL quarter-finals take place from 21-30 August in Spain.
