Cardiff Met edged Cardiff City FC Women 1-0 in the first ever Genero Adran Trophy Final at Dragon Park, Newport.
Emily Allen made the breakthrough for the Archers in the 89th minute but it took a stoppage-time penalty save from Annabel Sweeney to deny Phoebie Poole the equaliser.

The two teams each other again on 9 April, when they will play at the Cardiff City Stadium with a 5:30pm kick off, then in the FAW Women’s Cup on 24 April.
Before that, both Swansea City and Pontypridd Town can collect silverware next Sunday, should either win then they will take the crown for the Premier Championship and Plate Divisions respectively.
Meanwhile in the Adran U-19 Leagues both champions were decided, with Cardiff City FC taking the South title and Wrexham clinching the North Division.
