London City Lionesses have signed Jamie-Lee Napier from Chelsea following her season-long loan to Birmingham City.
The wing-back scored 22 goals in 33 games for Hibernian in 2019 and was named the SWPL player of the year before taking up the offer of a professional contract at Chelsea.
Napier made a couple of appearances for the Blues before playing 19 times at Birmingham City last term.
Head Coach Melissa Phillips told londoncitylionesses.com: “Jamie-Lee is an experienced attacker with an incredible drive to succeed.
She is versatile on both sides of the ball and has the capability to score goals at the highest level. We look forward to working with Jamie to get the best out of her at London City.”
The 21-year-old Scotland international said: “From speaking to Mel and some of the girls, I instantly knew straight away it was something I wanted to be a part of.
“The club has big ambitions, direction and values which matched my own. I’m really excited to challenge myself and kick on at this club.”
