Jemma Purfield has signed for Leicester City Women after leaving Bristol City at the end of last season.
The 24-year-old told LCFC TV: “It feels amazing. I’ve been really excited about this; I think it’s a great opportunity and I just can’t wait to get started.
“Leicester’s team last year was talented, and they’ve got some great players and so I’m looking forward to playing with them.”
The full-back made 27 appearances for the Robins, whom she joined from Liverpool.
She also has the experience of playing for England at youth levels.
