Arsenal’s Vivianne Miedema won the FA WSL Player of the Month award for October 2018, while Tottenham Hotspur’s Rianna Dean took the honour in the FA Women’s Championship.
The panel’s voting saw Miedema register seven votes, the Gunners’ Jordan Nobbs got five, likewise Georgia Stanway of Manchester City and team-mate Caroline Weir was fourth with three.
Dean’s four votes was just enough to pip Charlton Athletic’s Kit Graham to the Championship award, while there were a couple of votes each for Spurs’ Sarah Wiltshire and Leicester City’s Rosie Axten.
