Cascade, who have won both their Welsh League fixtures, face a tough trip to Cardiff Met and AFC Porth of South Wales League Division 1 have a bigger ask still away at WPWL reigning champions Swansea City.

The two sides relegated from the Welsh Premier last term face current league opposition, as Aberystwyth Town take on Rhyl and Briton Ferry head for Cyncoed.

Penybont had a good league campaign in 2016-17 but have a difficult tie at Abergavenny, while West Wales League side Dafen have a big game at home to Cardiff City FC.

Cwmbran Celtic beat Splott Albion 2-0 in yesterday’s Preliminary Round and next visit Caldicot Town, with Merthyr Town’s reward for defeating Rhiwbina 5-0 is a challenging match at Barry Town.

The outstanding Preliminary ties (Kinmel Bay v Bangor City and Llangyfelach v Abertillery Belles) will be played on 1st October.
