The East Riding League is yet another competition to experience an increase in member teams, set to run with 14 in 2017-18 after operating with 10 last term.
Runaway champions and cup winners Mill Lane United were promoted to the North East League but enter a new side in the County League.
AFC Preston were relegated from the Regional League but making their debut will be Bridlington Rovers, East Yorkshire Carnegie Reserves and Elloughton Blackburn, while C-Force United change their name to Hull Kingston.
