Millie Bright and Jo Potter have withdrawn from the England Women’s squad after sustaining injuries prior to camp, reports TheFA.com.
Chelsea defender Hannah Blundell has been called-up by interim head coach Mo Marley for the 10-day training camp and has travelled with the team to La Manga, Spain.
The camp is part of the Lionesses’ preparation for the SheBelieves Cup, where they will face Germany, France and hosts USA in March, and their 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifying double-header a month later.
England will take on Wales at St. Mary’s Stadium in Southampton on Friday 6 April (7pm KO) before travelling to Zenica where they will play Bosnia & Herzegovina on Tuesday 10 April (KO TBC).
Tickets for the Wales match are already on sale, with an early bird offer for adult tickets purchased up to 31 January (standard price £10). Children and concessions tickets are just £1 and group booking and Charter Standard discounts apply.
