Blackburn Rovers Ladies first summer signing is 25-year-old Chloe Dixon, formerly of Sheffield United.
Dixon, who can play at full-back or further forward, made 48 appearances over three years for the Blades.
She has also previously represented Sheffield FC and Doncaster Rovers Belles.
Dixon told rovers.co.uk: “I’m really excited.
“I can’t wait for pre-season to get going, to get the kit on and to get a ball at my feet.
“It’s a fresh start for me and it’s a great club to come to.”
