Birmingham City Women have signed Republic of Ireland international Jamie Finn from Shelbourne on a one-year contract.
The 23-year-old defensive midfielder helped Raheny United win the Women’s National League Cup in 2015 and after the club merged with Shelbourne, she played for them in the Champions League.
She was U-16 Women’s International Player of the Year in 2014 and went on to be selected as captain for the U-17 and then U-19 national teams.
Finn made the 2019 FAI WNL team of the season and the same year gained her first senior international cap. Further appearances have included a WEURO2022 qualifier against Germany and a player of the match performance against Denmark earlier this year.
