Manchester City went two up in only three minutes against West Ham, Leila Ouahabi netting after 25 seconds from Jess Park’s cut-back and Khadija Shaw bringing down a Lauren Hemp cross to rifle home.
The latter pairing provided City with their third goal, Jessica Ziu’s deflected effort for the Hammers hit the woodwork and Shaw hobbled off at half time.
Vivianne Asseyi and Riko Ueki both hit the City woodwork in quick succession after the break but it was 4-0 when Mary Fowler slipped the ball across for Laura Blinkilde-Brown to finish.
Park drove to the edge of the box, from where she drilled in the hosts’ fifth.
