QPR were the one change in Regional League Premier Division leadership after a dramatic win but three other sides went level on points with top teams.
EASTERN – Goal-difference separates top four
PREMIER – The top four teams are now all level on points, Harlow Town and Colney Heath caught by Luton Town and Peterborough Northern Star. The Hatters hit 11 past Haringey Borough with three each for Funmi Babalola and substitute Erica Byron, Katie Steward came off the bench to bag a brace for PNS in a 4-0 result at AFC Dunstable, while Bedford beat Bowers & Pitsea 2-1.
ONE NORTH – Cambridge City Development dropped their first points when held 2-2 at home by Newmarket Town, Kings Lynn Town got off the mark impressively with a 2-1 result at second-placed East Bergholt United and elsewhere Histon were 2-1 winners over AFC Sudbury.
LEAGUE CUP – Nicola Henderson got the only goal as Needham Market won at Gorleston in a group game.
EAST MIDLANDS – Premier action in midweek
PREMIER – Cup commitments accounted for all Sunday’s games but there are four scheduled for Wednesday: Loughborough Students v Northampton Town, Woodlands v Mansfield Town, Leicester City LFC v Ollerton Town, Rotherham United v Rise Park.
1 SOUTH – Lutterworth Athletic and Thraspton Town both doubled their points with a 5-0 defeat of Corby Town and 3-1 win over Derby County Community respectively.
LONDON & SOUTH EAST – QPR go top
PREMIER – Queens Park Rangers dramatically struck twice in the last four minutes through Chloe Sampson and sub Hayley Peacock – just after they’d fallen behind – to defeat Dulwich Hamlet and thereby leapfrog them into first place, Whyteleafe are just a point off the top following a seven-goal thriller with Fulham, Jessica Lewry’s double proving crucial. Ashford Town (Middlesex) went down 2-1 at home to Denham United, for whom substitute Ellen Wardlaw was on target.
SOUTH EAST COUNTIES PREMIER – Leaders Lewes Foundation lost their 100% record in a 2-2 tie against visitors Hassocks, Lillian Tucker’s late double for Herne Bay sealed a 3-0 win at a previously perfect Phoenix Sports. Ashford Ladies saw off Newhaven 2-0 and the basement battle between Eastbourne United and Crawley Wasps DS ended 2-2, therefore a first point for the latter.
NORTH EAST LEAGUE – West End lead North
PREMIER – Wallsend BC remain seven points clear after a 1-1 top of the table draw with Farsley Celtic, where they were grateful for Jessica Havelock’s leveller 3 minutes from time.
1 NORTH – Sunderland West End hit six against ten-player Washington to replace Boro Rangers at the top. Chester le Street Town Development got all three goals of the game at Consett, Prudhoe Town tied 1-1 with Norton & Stockton Ancients Reserves whose Paige Hunter was sent off on 70 minutes.
1 SOUTH – Bridlington Rovers beat Sheffield Wednesday with an Amy Ward treble to open up a three-point lead over the Owls, Altofts went second with an Emily Scott goal defeating York RI. Elsewhere, Wakefield Trinity were 5-1 winners at Bradford Park Avenue.
NORTH WEST – Tranmere six points clear
PREMIER – Tranmere Rovers opened up a six-point advantage with a 4-1 result at Merseyrail, while Crewe Alexandra drew 1-1 at third-placed Morecambe Reserves but it was their first points dropped.
1 NORTH – Penrith’s 6-2 success over Leigh RMI put them four points in front of the rest, Preston North End picked up the points 4-1 at Accrington Stanley and Workington Reds’s 4-2 result at Penwortham Town included a Hayley Bracken brace.
1 SOUTH – Warrington Wolverines went level on points with leaders Curzon Ashton despite a 1-1 draw at home to West Kirby, while Chester won 2-1 at Liverpool Feds Reserves.
SOUTHERN – Seven-goal City seal first win
PREMIER – Oxford City’s first win came 7-0 over Warsash Wasps, Wycombe Wanderers’ 4-0 defeat of Ascot United featured an early quickfire double from Samantha Jackson.
ONE – Abbey Rangers’ super-sub Laura Hobbs scored twice in a 4-2 victory at AFC Bournemouth Development that sent them top ahead of Eastleigh. Southampton Women’s Reserves shared six goals with Abingdon Town.
SOUTH WEST – Plymouth lead West after goal-fest
PREMIER – Callington Town lead by eight points following a 3-0 outcome with Middlezoy Rovers, Wootton Bassett Town went fourth with all seven goals at Torquay United.
1 EASTERN – Swindon Spitfires edged Laverstock & Ford 4-3 to take over at the top from From Town, whom neighbours Swindon Supermarine beat 3-2 Frome Town. Sherborne Town’s Terri Trowbridge got the sole goal in a victory over Pen Mill, Swindon Town Development sunk Trowbridge Town 7-0 with Zoe Ridley netting four but they remain in the red after a points deduction.
1 NORTHERN – Frampton Rangers moved clear with a Megan Jeffries brace in a 2-1 win at Almondsbury, Cheltenham Town Development rose to second when winning 2-0 at Chipping Sodbury Town and Weston Mendip found the net four times against Weston Super Mare.
1 WESTERN – Plymouth Argyle Development leapfrogged Feniton to go top on goal-difference having won away to them 9-5 as Lucy Solloway contributed a hat-trick. Elsewhere, a Cornwall north coast clash ended Bude Town 2-5 St Agnes.
WEST MIDLANDS – Leek go level with leaders
PREMIER – Leek Town are level on points with leaders Redditch United after substitute Olivia Mountford got three of their five goals against Stockingford A A Pavilion. Kidsgrove Athletic had Natasha Lawrence dismissed in a 5-0 defeat at Sutton Coldfield Town, Coundon Court’s Claudia Latchford got half of their eight goals at Worcestsr City.
1 NORTH – Sandwell lead by four points having seen off Shrewsbury Town 3-1 while AFC Telford United were being held 3-3 at home by Shifnal Town, Wyrley went third after victory by the odd goal in three against Port Vale.
1 SOUTH – The top three all won, led by Stourbridge who netted two withiut reply at Droitwich Spa. Cookley Sports clinched the points 4-1 versus Coventry City and Kidderminster Harriers’ Danielle Selmes struck five in a 14-0 scoreline with Leamington Lions.
