Everton held Chelsea to a goalless draw at Southport early in the league season but were beaten 3-0 on their trip to the capital.
Crawley Wasps are in their first ever FAWNL campaign and top of the South East Division 1 table, with the visit of Arsenal clearly the biggest challenge in their history. A big crowd is expected and tickets are only available online here.
There are two other fourth tier teams still in the competition and up against top flight opposition, with Keynsham Town travelling to Reading and AFC Wimbledon having home advantage over Bristol City.
Yeovil Town versus Birmingham City is one of only two all-FAWSL ties, while Brighton meet favourites for promotion Manchester United.
Manchester City welcome Watford in the only Saturday afternoon game, Liverpool also have a two-division advantage over visitors MK Dons, as do West Ham but against a Blackburn Rovers side who are on course to complete a hat-trick of league titles.
There are three all-FAWC fixtures, including a London derby between Crystal Palace and Tottenham Hotspur. It will be their fourth meeting of the campaign and all have been tight so far, with two narrow league wins for Spurs and a draw in the Conti Cup with Palace taking the extra point on penalties.
Leicester City WFC were 4-2 winners at home to London Bees in September but then lost the return game 2-1 before Christmas.
Lewes took the points 3-0 at Millwall Lionesses in the second game of the season and the pair are scheduled to meet again next Sunday in Sussex.
Two Championship promotion hopefuls have home advantage over FAWNL Premier opponents, with Charlton Athletic hosting Huddersfield Town and Durham facing Cardiff City Ladies.
A further pair are away to teams from the third tier, as Sheffield United go to Loughborough Foxes and Aston Villa have an all-midlands clash at Stoke City.
Fourth Round winners will receive £2,000 each from The FA prize fund.
