Abbie Ibbenden opened the scoring for Wrexham and Ava Suckley added a penalty close to half time. Olivia Fuller extended the advantage early in the second half, Ibbenden doubled her tally and Rosie Hughes rounded off the scoring in added time.
Lleucu Mathias saw her first-half penalty for Aberystwyth Town saved by Amelia Forkings, Nicole Fenton giving Pontypridd United the lead by the break and adding her second ten minutes after the interval.

Briton Ferry Llansawel twice pegged back The New Saints before bowing out 4-2 on penalties. Tija Richardson and Jade Crofts cancelled out goals by Olivia Buckland and Molly Havard respectively, before in the shoot-out Rebecca Elliott made a decisive save from Olivia Kett-White’s spot-kick.

Fiona Barry gave Cardiff City an early lead over Barry Town United, the Bluebirds’ progress confirmed by goals in the last 25 minutes or son by Mackenzie Olden, Molly Kehoe and Laura Curnock.
