#WPWL: Cardiff Met go three points clear

Cardiff Met lead the Orchard Welsh Premier Women’s League after a clear derby victory and Swansea City move into second spot.

Cardiff Met scored al the goals inside the hour mark for a 5-0 win over Cardiff City FC.  Shannon Evans and Jodie Passmore got two apiece, with Chloe Connor having opened the scoring.

Swansea City’s Stacey John-Davis and Tija Richardson each claimed a hat-trick in the 7-1 result over Briton Ferry, Emma Beynon got their other goal and Megan Kearle the visitors’ consolation.

Cyncoed led Cascade after Millie Jones netted on 57 minutes and Caitlin Bevan made sure of the win in added time to move them up two places to fourth.
