There was a fantastic crowd of 5,116 for a Women’s Regional League match at the Brentford Community Stadium.

EASTERN – Wodson Park win cup tie on penalties 

Premier – AFC Sudbury went fourth in the table with a 5-1 win at Harlow Town, where Evie Creaton hit a hat-trick.

1 South – Barking’s Laura Bunton notched a treble in a 5-4 thriller at Hutton that put them six points clear, while Billericay Town Devs defeated Grays Athletic 7-1.

League Cup 1st Rd – Wodson Park won 4-3 on penalties after ending all square at 2-2 away at AFC Sudbury Reserves. Fakenham Town edged out Lawford 3-2 with an extra-time winner by Sophie Lubbock, East Bergholt United beat Cheshunt 4-0.

EAST MIDLANDS – Single goal sends Notts County to summit

Premier – Notts County lead after scoring the only goal at Anstey Nomads, Lincoln United are second following a 5-1 result at Basford United, while Arnold Eagles and Mansfield Town drew 1-1.

1 Central – Nottingham Trent University were held 2-2 with Daisy Allen’s double for Ilkeston Town ut they did go lear at the top, while Mansfield Hosiery Mills and West Bridgford also ended two each.

1 North – Substitutes earned points for Grimsby sides, Kaysha Friel netting for Borough in a 1-1 tie at Gainsborough Trinity. Ellie Wilson in target in Town”s 2-1 triumph over Lincoln United Devs. Sleaford Town sank SJR Worksop 5-1, whose Lynsay Law as red-carded.

1 South – Peterborough United Devs’ Aliyah Palmer got three goals in a 6-1 win at Coalville Town, Kettering Town’s 2-0 defeat of Dunton & Broughton United came with a Lauren Adams double, Northampton Town Devs scored three in the first 13 minutes on the way to a 4-2 result at Leicester City Ladies, Thrapston Town beat Roade 2-0.

LONDON & SOUTH EAST – Thousands see Brentford move into pole position

1 North – Brentford went top with a 4-2 win over Watford Development, Dorking Wanderers defeated Sport London E Benfica 6-2 with three each for Cherelle Khassel and Gemma Shepherd, Whyteleafe won 2-1 against Leatherhead who had Affrika Alberts dismissed.

1 South – Hastings United and Eastbourne United moved level on points with leaders Ashford United, after winning 5-0 at Bexhill United and 2-1 at Herne Bay respectively.  Bromley hit Montpelier Villa for six, Cray Valley and Maidstone United shared six goals, while Newhaven had a three-figure crowd for their 3-2 success against Steyning Town

League Cup 2nd Rd – Saltdean United won the shoot-out 7-6 after a 2-2 deadlock at Denham United, Welling United’s Lilli Maple got their decisive goal as they progressed 2-1 at Dulwich Hamlet Reserves.

NORTH EAST – Chester le Street lead after sinking title rivals South Shields

Premier – Chester le Street Town are top having won 5-0 at title rivals South Shields, Wakefield’s 2-o win at Hull United was due to Neve Renwick’s brace midway through the second half, Blyth Town beat Sunderland West End 2-1.

1 North – Norton & Stockton Ancients Reserves’ 5-3 result at Hartlepool Pools Youth featured a Maddie Myers hat-trick, Hartlepool United’s Robyn Foster scored four of their nine goals at West Allotment Celtic. Washington won 2-1 at Bishop Auckland with a Jessica Cook double, Spennymoor Town were 4-1 victors at Guisborough Town an Wallsend BC Reserves beat Chester le Street United 4-0.

1 South – Handsworth got the only goal at Sheffield United Foundation, Barnsley FC Ladies edged hosts Bradford Park Avenue 3-2, Altofts ran out 9-2 winners over Sheffield Wednesday with three by Cara Mahoney. Harworth Colliery subs Grace Sanderson and Katherine Cunliffe scored in a 3-3 tie with York Railway Institute, Millmoor beat Ripon City 7-2.

NORTH WEST – Blackpool knock Haslingden off the top

Premier – Salford City Lionesses leapfrogged Curzon Ashton and went second when beating them 3-2 away, West Didsbury & Chorlton beat Blackburn CSC 5-2.

1 North – Blackpool’s April Oldfield netted twice for a 3-2 result at Haslingden that saw them knock their hosts off top spot on goal-difference. Workington Reds were 1-0 winners over Chorley Devs.

1 South – Bury AFC beat Alder 8-1 to stay a point clear of Poulton Vics (4-1 winners at Chester) and Runcorn Linnets who won at Northwich Vixens. BRNESC just got the better of Altrincham 3-2 and Wythenshawe Amateurs won 2-0 against Hindley.

SOUTHERN – Abingdon United go second 

Premier – Abingdon United are up to second with a single-goal success over Winchester City Flyers, Oxford City edged a seven-goal thriller at Wycombe Wanderers.

1 North – Milton United sub April England was the only scorer at Eversley & California, Long Crendon drew 1-1 with Penn & Tylers Green, Woodley United won 3-0 over Kidlington.

1 South – Badshot Lea sub Sophie Sutherland struck for a 1-1 draw in the top of the table clash at Chichester City. Woking won 5-2 against Abbey Rangers aided by a Kaitlin Howard hat-trick, Rushmoor took the points 2-0 at Selsey Devs.

SOUTH WEST –  Forest Green first after Bristol Rovers beat leaders

Premier – Forest Green Rovers went top with a 3-0 result at Ilminster Town, Bristol Rovers beat morning leaders Sherborne Town 4-1 with a Georgia Vandries treble.

1 East – AEK Boco are top after beating Paulton Rovers 2-1, Frome Town second following their 6-0 win at Weston super Mare, Stockwood Wanderers won 2-1 at Middlezoy.

1 North – St Vallier stormed to a 15-0 away win helped by Amy Jefferies’ double hat-trick and a red-card for Chipping Sodbury Town’s Izzie Smart. Oldland Abbotonians’ Bryony Higgs bagged a brace in a 3-1 victory at Downend Flyers.

1 West – Budleigh Salterton lead the division after Jodie Millett banked both goals at Bideford, Marine Academy Plymouth came away from Feniton 3-2 winners.

WEST MIDLANDS – City of Stoke fightback complete with late winner

Premier – Kidderminster Harriers’ subs Harriet James and Katie Robinson scored for a 3-3 draw with Burton Albion, Redditch United won 4-2 at Coundon Court.

1 North – City of Stoke fought back for a 3-2 win at Walsall Wood with Beth Caddy grabbing an 89th-minute winner. AFC Telford United beat Port Vale 2-0 with a Jaime Duggan double, Megan Chapman got a couple as Tamworth won 3-1 at Darlaston Town, Rebecca-Lee Bown a five-goal haul in Shifnal Town’s 9-1 sinking of Wyrley.

1 South – Katherine Fleming netted twice during a 4-2 win for leaders Knowle over Worcester City Devs, Leamington Lions’ Molly Noble also got two for a 3-1 win at Rugby Town, Kingfisher drew 2-2 with Bewdley Town and Droitwich Spa hit six at Westfields.
