
Australia’s Matildas shipped five goals for the second successive match, while Germany and Sweden both came from behind to win.
Netherlands struck three times inside the first half-hour against Australia, Jill Roord, Lieke Martens and Jackie Groenen all on target. Lineth Beerensteyn and Danielle van de Donk added second-half goals in a 5-0 win.
The USA scored twice in the opening 20 minutes to win 2-0 away to France. Megan Rapinoe took only six minutes to find the net, converting a penalty after Aïssatou Tounkara fouled Alex Morgan. Sam Mewis and Christen Press then combined to set up Morgan, who doubled the advantage from a tight angle.
Germany came from behind to beat Norway 3-1, after Guro Reiten’s goal for the visitors. Laura Freigang and Linda Dollmann had Germany in front win just 17 minutes played, Paulina Krumbiegel completing the scoring in the second half.

Ewa Pajor gave Poland the lead over Sweden but Stina Blackstenius’s five-minute brace turned the game around by half-time. Sofia Jakobsson and Lina Hurtig scored late on for a 4-2 victory.
Valentina Giacinti scored in the first minute for Italy but Iceland’s Karólína Vilhjálmsdóttir equalised before the freak for a 1-1 draw.
Spain scored three times in the last quarter of the game for a 3-0 defeat of Mexico. Marta Cadona broke the deadlock, with Nahikari Garcia then bagging a brace.
