Republic of Ireland sealed three points in a UEFA Women’s Euro qualifier in Montenegro, with two late goals coming after their hosts had been reduced to ten players.

Katie McCabe’s free-kick on 12 minutes was headed back across goal by Louise Quinn and firmly nodded home by Diane Caldwell.

Their hosts lost Darija Djukić midway through the second half, when she was dismissed for a second yellow card.

McCabe doubled the lead with a 30-yard free-kick on 83 minutes and shortly afterwards it was 3-0 when Rianna Jarrett set up Denise O’Sullivan to find the roof of the net with the help of a deflection.
