Wales Women’s U-19 squad to host double header with Scotland

Nicola Anderson has named a 20-player squad for Wales Women U-19s’ home double header against Scotland next week.

The first match is at Denbigh Town FC on Tuesday 15 February (6pm kick off), the second at Colliers Park on Friday 18 February, with a noon start.

Cardiff City Women striker Phoebie Poole – Wales top scorer in their UEFA qualifying round campaign so far with five goals – is one of four Genero Adran League players selected.

The matches are preparation for Wales WU19EURO Qualifying Round 2 matches in April, when they face hosts England, plus Belgium and Iceland in League A as they look to qualify for the finals tournament.
