Having missed out on the Rio Olympics in 2016, there is now the opportunity for a Great Britain women’s football team to play at Tokyo 2020.

FIFA has apparently now received written confirmation from the four British associations, confirming their intention to allow a British women’s team to try to qualify for the next Women’s Olympic Football Tournament.
