Wednesday night’s match at Ascot United FC saw the Panthers pounce to open the scoring through Ness Watson and then Caroline Masterman-Smith equalise to make it 1-1 at half-time.
Jasmine Brown put United ahead for the first time and Masterman-Smith’s second gave them a 3-1 advantage.
Tilehurst rallied with an effort from Ellen Oliver but Jacqueline Hanson hit back dwiftly to re-instate the two-goal lead.
Although Oliver found the net again for Tilehurst, they could not get back on level terms.
The Berks & Bucks Senior Cup is being contested by Chesham United and Milton Keynes Dons on 26th April at Buckingham Athletic FC.
