Charlie Wellings gave Celtic a 1-0 win away to Rangers to reach the Scottish Women’s Premier League Cup semi-finals.

Brianna Westrup cleared off the line for Rangers after keeper Jenna Fyfe collided with a team-mate but Celtic did take the lead before the hour mark through a Wellings strike from distance. Chelsea Cornet came close to equalising but Chloe Logan turned her effort from distance over the bar.
Hibs continued their defence of the trophy, as Rachael Boyle bagged a first-half brace away to Aberdeen. Amy Gallagher’s through ball led to the opener, Boyle then scored again but at the second attempt after Mhairi Gilmour saved the initial effort.
Glasgow City put five past Partick Thistle, Lauren Davidson netting a hat-trick, Aoife Colvill getting the other two goals.
Spartans knocked out second-tier Dundee United 3-0, with a goal apiece from Rosie McQuillan, Katie Frew and Katherine Smart.
