#SWFL1 : Advantage Hibernian Ladies U-23s after Celtic Academy defeat

Hibernian U-23s made the most of Celtic Academy’s defeat at Thistle Weir, while East Fife missed the chance to take maximum points at home to Dundee United.

SWFL 1 North – Dundee foil East Fife

Dundee United remained two points clear at the top after holding second-placed hosts East Fife to a 1-1 draw, as Inverness City made up a little ground with a 5-1 defeat of Aberdeen U-23s. Buchan closed in on Cove Rangers by beating them 4-2, as did Dunfermline Athletic with a 9-2 thrashing of Stirling University Development. Westdyke got both goals at Deveronvale and Raith Rovers ran out 4-0 winners at Dee Ladies.

SWFL 1 South – Hibs hit top spot

Hibernian U-23s went top with a 9-0 win over Westerlands, while Celtic Academy were losing 3-1 at Thistle Weir. Queens Park hit hosts Blackburn United for six, Cumbernauld Colts enjoyed a similar result over Morton, Renfrew also had a six-goal margin of victory (8-2 versus Falkirk), while Boroughmuir Thistle got the only goal of the game with Rangers Development.

SWFL 2 – Kelty catching Spartans

The top of the table clash in 2 East saw Kelty Hearts go level on points with Spartans Development by beating them 2-1 and they still have a game in hand.

Stonehaven hold just a single-goal lead at the top of the 2 North table. They put ten past Moray but challengers Montrose stormed to a 12-1 victory at Buckie.

Two clear wins also for the 2 West title-chasers, leaders Kilmarnock U-23s beat Rutherglen 6-1 and Ayr United are still a point behind after netting nine against lowly Gleniffer Thistle.

Airdrie kept a ten-point advantage in 2 Central when winning 4-0 at Hawick United but Glasgow City Development have three games in hand and posted a remarkable 30-0 result over West Park United.
