Esther Morgan has signed her first professional contract with Tottenham Hotspur Women, which runs until June 2022 with the option for a further year.
A memorable season for the 18-year-old defender saw her step up from the Spurs WSL Academy to the First Team, making her debut in February.
There was much progress for her also on the international scene, as she secured a first call-up to the Wales senior squad in November, going on to play in April’s friendly international against Canada.
A life-long Spurs fan, Morgan told tottenhamhotspur.com: “Going through the pathway as well, it was amazing for me to even be given the opportunity and it’s testament to how good the Academy structure is here. I can’t wait to see how far we can go as a team.”
