Actonians edged a seven-goal thriller, staying ahead against Cambridge United after going in front in the second half.

Crawley Wasps forced extra-time against Cheltenham with a penalty before winning the shoot-out. Southampton Women came from 3-0 down against higher division Billericay who had Lucy Jones red-carded, Rachel Okoro completing her hat-trick with seven minutes left.
