Cardiff Met and Swansea City extend their perfect starts, Cardiff City FC and Abergavenny play the league’s first draw of the season, while Caldicot Town clinch a first ever win at this level.

Six-hitting Cardiff Met
League Cardiff Met made it six straight wins with as many goals at basement side Caernarfon Town.
The Archers hit the target twice in the space of four minutes as Kitty Wells lobbed in the first on 13 minutes and then Jas Simpson played through Monique Fischer to double the lead.
Rebecca Mathias got the third not long after the interval but Simpson then featured with a 21-minute hat-trick.
Five in a row for Swans
Second-placed Swansea City also netted half a dozen on their travels to maintain a 100% record, with a victory over Llandudno.
Sophie Hancocks struck the first from distance, Katy Hosford doubling the Swans’ lead before Jodie Passmore headed home a Katy Davies cross.
After the break, Hosford hit her second goal and Passmore found the net twice more, completing her hat-trick with a late penalty.
First league draw
A first draw of the WPWL campaign came when fourth-placed Cardiff City FC Women hosted third in the table Abergavenny.
The deadlock was broken by City’s Shannon Evans on 55 minutes, only for Lynsey Davies to swiftly equalise.
Caldicot off the mark
Caldicot Town claimed their first ever WPWL points when fighting back to beat hosts Cyncoed by the odd goal in three.
Town had scored first through Ashleigh Harris but the lead was very short-lived as Rosina Hill replied and then Fern Burrage netted from distance to put Cyncoed ahead on 33 minutes.
Kelly Phelps brought the visitors back on level terms just before the hour mark and then Harris got her decisive second goal of the game.
Rhyl reach last eight
A third side to score six times away from home were Rhyl, in their Welsh Cup tie at North Wales League Denbigh Town.
Laura Williams bagged a brace, with one apiece for Rachael Nattrass, Emily Jones, Ashley Mills and Paige Williams, as Rhyl eased into the quarter-finals.
